Class rating

I changed the quality rating to Start rather than Mid-Level because the article has major gaps in the history of the union, particularly in the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. It's not a stub, but it's only a start. Tim1965 02:50, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
