Hi,
I don't understand why there is a specific statement included about the percentage of the budget that is spent specifically on research grants. There is no other information in the article about what the association does besides research, nor is there any information about where their funds are directed.
It appears that this comment is intended to suggest a pointed criticism of the association, which of course is very POV and a Wikipedia no-no. For this reason, I'm commenting out the statement and links. If someone wants to provide more comprehensive information about what the ida does and where its money goes, it would then be appropriate to de-comment the information so that it shows again.
