Composition

[edit]

In the section "composition", it says that "At present, all 9 ad litem judges are assigned to Chambers II and II". However, according to the table, there are two ad litem judges serving in Chamber I. Which is correct? V85 (talk) 05:06, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A problem ?

[edit]

I think this is truly surprising there is nothing about the fact that nobody from the Rwandan Patriotic Front were ever under any proceding in this tribunal. Knowing that the UN and some NGO have well documented facts incriminating them and this Tribunal was competent in this matter, it raises suspicion about its neutrality. No word also about that Carla Del Ponte then Prosecutor in this Tribunal complained that Paul Kagame refuse to cooperate in investigation related to Tutsi people. http://www.globalresearch.ca/the-rwanda-war-crimes-coverup/15037 90.52.195.68 (talk) 06:42, 26 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Excessive citations

[edit]
I am not sure (didn't look) when the last paragraph of the lead was criticized (if it was) but seven inline citations are generally considered excessive. It might be because of the wording "widely criticized" or reference to Victor's justice but surely there is a better way of doing it. -- Otr500 (talk) 15:53, 17 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
