Should this article be called

  • "Internal Passport of Russia"

or

  • "Internal passport of Russia"?

It matters, because the link to this article from within [1] is currently red.

IMHO, this should be "Internal *p*assport of Russia" (not "Internal *P*assport of Russia"), because Internal passport. Sasha1024 (talk) 10:43, 20 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
