-Add notes on the talk page about the edits you make to inform people and Wikipedia what you added and why
-Sources needed for last sentence in the first paragraph, background, and demography.
-More information can be added to all sections. You can make use of the see also articles. For example, to demography you can talk about people over 65 who are denied facilities/utilities or who suffer from physical/mental health problems instead of just showing stats on the number of old people there are in the country. In goals, talk about the programs the INAPAM provides, or if the programs are just the benefits from the discount card, make that clear.
-If sources are in Spanish, make note of it
-The last source is a book, so it would be better if the source was formatted in MLA style so the audience can go out and look for the book, along with keeping the link for google books.
-Lack of images. Maybe look for cultural events, job fairs, etc?
-Are there any studies that talk about how this affected Mexico?
-Good neutral tone!
