Possibly this page should be merged into Chartered Accountant. Ariconte (talk) 00:06, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
The Institute is an organisation in Australia, "Chartered accountant" is a term used by the institute in Australia and by others around the world I have added some substance to the article A. Yager (talk) 05:16, 4 April 2009 (UTC)
The legal title of the Institute is, and has been for decades, the Institute of Chartered Accountants IN Australia (my emphasis). Not sure how to change an article name - someone merged two together, one with the correct name and this one, which seems to be a typo from the website. The ICAA is merging with its NZ counterpart, the ICNZ, to form CAANZ - but it hasn't happened yet. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 220.244.83.22 (talk) 07:05, 11 December 2014 (UTC)
