I've had to tag one of the refs in the lead with Template:Failed verification because the content at the target webpage doesn't correspond to what's in the lead. To make matter worse, the text at the target webpage is jumbled and borderline incomprehensible, with perplexing statements the likes of, "Everything we predicted has happened, including a 'caudillo style tyrant' who is already a world-historic tyrant on course to Enlightenment completion."
