Keep -- although wikipedia is not a dictionary, it is a connected collection of articles. Sometimes linkage is required to connect related articles in a coherent manner. The value of the connected articles would be reduced without this linkage. The linkage doesn't fit into either of the connected articles, so it can't be merged into them.

This installation time article is such a case.
