Merge with IAR SA

[edit]

Both articles deal with the same company (they even use the same picture of the facilities!) One article talks more about the company in the 30s and 40s, the other more about the present-day company. This should all be done in a single, unified article, which I think should be this one (with full name, not the abbreviation). Turgidson 02:28, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Concur, feel free to merge them, as i'm sure nobody would disagree with this. --Eurocopter tigre 23:45, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I'll wait a few more days to be sure, and then, if no one speaks out otherwise, I'll be bold! Turgidson 00:41, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

UTB

[edit]

Weren't the Brasov facilities taken after the war by the UTB tractor factory? --Error (talk) 18:26, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I.A.R.-111

[edit]

Zilele acestea, E-111, prototipul supersonic cu motor racheta al ARCA a primit numele oficial de I.A.R.-111. Spunea cineva pe net ca e primul avion romanesc din seria "Century". Sunt de acord. These days, E-111, the supersonic rocket engine prototype of ARCA has received the official name I.A.R.-111. Someone on the Net was saying that is the first romanian aircraft from "Century Series". I agree. Bigshotnews 23:33, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
