Change article to "Best Foreign Film".

In recent years, that's what the committee has been referring to it as, since recent nominees have occasionally been in English. (For example, the English-language Irish film Once won for 2007.) How does one do this?--Cinemaniac86^Oy_gevalt. 18:28, 11 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
