[edit]

Now that is a problem as I have just replaced the article because of the large number of inaccuaracies, lack of content and the use of references that were erroneous!! I tried to incorprate as much as I could but almost everything had errors or used erroneous references e.g. "pressurised cockpit"-there is no way that the Il-6 had a pressurised cockpit, you can tell that just by looking at the photo's, you don't need a reference. I think there has been some confusion with the TsKB-60 attack aircraft which was also named Il-6 for a while. Discusssion would be good, personally nothing would be better than what was there before. • Was the craft made with the Il-4 airframe?
    • No, look at the first sentence of the development section.
  • Finally, did the whole development occur at Irkutsk or just the test flight?
    • Probably, but my sources don't specify.
  • Also please make the refs consistent with the harvnb template.
    • Sorry, there is no specified template for cites in Wiki. They just have to be consistent.
Will check back soon. —Ed!(talk) 21:23, 15 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
