Pedro Guerrero
[edit]Are you sure Pedro Guerrero belongs here? Usually, the term refers to someone who plainly should have known better (and often probably did). Twin Bird 21:32, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
- I agree, the Pedro Guerrero case refers to him being functionally ignorant of facts, but this term refers to those who are suspected of faking ignorance and by all rights should know better.
