- Done :) Wikipedia:Footnotes provides information on Wiki's reference formatting—it's easy, once you get the hang of it. I'd also like to note that Wikipedia doesn't usually provide a separate "Patient information" section; ideally, that information should be integrated into the article, and most of the article (if not the whole article) should be understandable to the average reader.
