Copyvio?

[edit]

Much of the content on the ISBT_128 page appears to have been copied from the following source: http://www.militaryblood.dod.mil/library/guidelines/labeling.htm and it also contains an advert for the following company: http://www.digi-trax.com/etherlite.htm. I have therefore tagged it as a copyright violation, although I would very much like to see a page describing the ISBT 128 standard on Wikipedia. --vibo56 talk 12:27, 24 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have had a go at reworking the article here Talk:ISBT 128/Temp. The images used on this page uploaded by the page creator User:Climber514 also do not have a copyright tag:
Image:Isbt-example.JPG ;
Image:Isbt-donation-structure.JPG;
Image:ISBT-special-identifier.JPG;
They appear useful images though. apers0n 08:11, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Government Work?

[edit]

The page in question appears to qualify as a work o the US Federal Government, speciically the DOD.
Also http://www.militaryblood.dod.mil/PrivacySecurity.htm[1] item #2 says that inormation on that site may be copied freely if appropriate credits/bylines are used. --Jhaverkamp 17:21, 29 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
