Fair use rationale for Image:BWIBM.jpg

Image:BWIBM.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Accurate IBM India Population Figures?

I saw the typo in IBM's population figures for 2009, and went looking for a source to verify the correct number. I couldn't find one on the web, and as an IBMer (see my talk page), when I looked around internally I couldn't find one either - apparently the numbers for 2008 and 2009 hasn't been published yet. Is there a verifiable source for these 2008, 2009 IBM India employment numbers? And if not, should we consider altering the chart to reflect the most recently published figures? That would appear to be 2007, according to this press releaseand this Wall Street Journal article. Paul C. Lasewicz (talk) 13:26, 2 December 2009 (UTC)

Also, footnote #2 referencing a line in the second paragraph is inaccurate - it uses a 2007 annual report as a reference to 2009 numbers. If that footnote is to be cited accurately, the line should read "to nearly 74,000 in 2007." Or something to that effect. Paul C. Lasewicz (talk) 14:20, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

Blacklisted Links Found on the Main Page

Employees in 1900

The article currently has a table for showing the increasing amount of employees, but the table begins with the year 1900 when IBM was not founded yet.
