Inflation of 1000% makes prices go up 1000x

[edit]

Hello,
This wiki article is all about hyperinflation in Brazil.
In the past 100 years the Brazilian currency has had five devaluations of 1000:1 (and one devaluation of 2750:1), cuasing the banknotes to lose three zeros.
May I make a suggestion at the beginning of this article that an inflation of 1000% is in fact a devaluation of the currency by 1000 (prices x 1000).
Why this suggestion: People understand that 100% inflation doubles the prices. But most ordinary people have no idea that 1000% inflation makes prices go up 1000x.
May I therefore invite you to tell this in a simple way (not with an exponential graph).
100% inflation makes prices go up 2x
200% inflation makes prices go up 4x
300% inflation makes prices go up 8x
400% inflation makes prices go up 16x
500% inflation makes prices go up 32x
600% inflation makes prices go up 64x
700% inflation makes prices go up 128x
800% inflation makes prices go up 256x
900% inflation makes prices go up 512x
1000% inflation makes prices go up 1024x
I hope you will consider this idea.
