The products should be regulated as do for the food products of cow milk....

It's the best that the criteria of human milk should be analogue to the ones of cow milk. That perhaps means the doners have to be restriced to vegan/vegetarian mothers. Otherwise, the food chain problems and their associated diseases would be uncontrolable. Please bear in mind that unlike the case of blood donation, the most of the human milk consumers are infant, whose immune systems are vulnerable comparing to the ones of adults.
