Wrong Labelling

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was told the labelling on the second image is incorrect. No. 2 is not the paraverterbral gutter; but the aortic impression is = P =\ alwright

Lobes Section

The second paragraph does need some editing (emoticon?).

It would be nice to have a discussion as to why the left lung is smaller than the right (something more substantial than to make room for the heart).

Also why does the left lung only have 2 lobes and not 3 (why not just 3 smaller lobes)?
