[edit]There was never a person called Hugo Wass. There is an argentine writer and politician, called Gustavo Martínez Zuviría, who was also minister of Culture and Education en 1941, but it was not under the government of Juan Domingo Perón, but with Pedro Pablo Ramírez, three years before Perón acceded to the government. His alias was Hugo Wast.
