Copyright status of movie screenshot?

Would a screenshot from one of Mr. Herbert's movies be "fair-use" and hence acceptable to Wikipedia copyright guidelines? This article badly needs a better photo -- the current one is not at all characteristic. BMJ-pdx (talk) 15:17, 27 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

In 1951,Herbert guest starred on TV in THE ALL STAR REVUE(precursor of Colgate Comedy Hour) with Spike Jones and The City Slickers.
