Since it was a dissent, it doesn't count as a ruling. What I do find funny is that, by quoting Frank Easterbrook's memorable line, he managed to get Space: 1999 into the U.S. Supreme Court Reports — a privilege denied to Star Trek and Star Wars AFAIK. Daniel Case 05:28, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
