I worked for him in the 1990's on a small film called Eden. He's a wonderful Dp able to find the existing light for a scene, he works quickly. The Writer director was new and our staying on schedule was mostly because of Hubert. Our main location was under an airport takeoff pattern, with extensive exteriors so we really had our work cut out for us. As a Steadicam op. This is the most I've ridden the dolly on a film. Our Dp was an oldline guy, Dolly and longer lenses were the rule of the day. All in all a really great experience. TJ Williams±
