Date of birth

Holy crap, there is a contradiction on this page about Howard Stelzer's date of birth. In the main field, it says that he was born in 1974, but the infobox says he was born on November 23, 1975. Which one is it? I don't really know much about this guy, since today was the first time I've ever come across him, so fixing the contradiction would be rgeatly appreciated. Thank you.
