History

I'm fairly certain that Howard Forest was named for the estate of Charles S. Howard, since Ridgewood Ranch is just south of the base. I haven't been able to find any citable souces online yet though, so I haven't written anything in the history section. If anyone has a history of the Howard foundation, that might be helpful as well. SaintHammett (talk) 22:56, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
