The templates
[edit]The two templates at the bottom of the page, {{Officers of the Lords and Commons}} (that is, the present officers) and {{United Kingdom topics}}, seem to have no real relevance to this article in the first case and only quite limited relevance in the second. Perhaps we could make a template for the governance of the Kingdom of England? Moonraker2 (talk) 02:46, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
Stewart or Stuart
[edit]I believe the Stewart spelling for the House of Stuart is more well-know in Scotland, but for this article would the Stuart spelling be more suitable and easier for most readers of this article to recognise? Whizz40 (talk) 13:29, 20 February 2015 (UTC)
- If there are no objections I'll change this to Stuart, consistent with the usage at for example List of English monarchs. Whizz40 (talk) 14:17, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
