Jet Lag: The Game
[edit]This castle was featured in the online web series Jet Lag: The Game, in both Season 9 and Season 11. JLTG is a great show, and I quite enjoy it. However, it is not notable enough to warrant a mention on this page. No source has been provided that talks about this castle's appearance on JLTG. Someone keeps adding that information to this page, and I keep deleting it, because no source is provided. They also cite, without reference, that JLTG is the reason why most people outside of Switzerland know the castle, which is a dubious claim. I'm not trying to say that JLTG is bad or that it doesn't belong on Wikipedia, all I'm saying is that you should find a source before making your claims. Follow Wikipedia policy. --172.88.48.178 (talk) 03:56, 27 September 2024 (UTC)
- I believe Jet Lag: The Game deserves a long-term presence on this page, in a different form. I have updated my previous revision of the page, included better headings, formatting, more info and crucially, better references. I have not uploaded a reference for the castle's S11 appearance, I'll do so as soon as the video goes live on YouTube to better allow unbiased researching without subbing to Nebula. I'd appreciate any feedback, but please don't outright delete this info again. CallumC.Gurney (talk) 09:22, 27 September 2024 (UTC)
- As well as this, the references I've provided have a URL error I'd like a second opinion on. There are no problems with formatting or an incorrect URL, but I get an error, no matter what. Any thoughts? Kind regards, Callum CallumC.Gurney (talk) 09:27, 27 September 2024 (UTC)
- YouTube is a pretty poor source (see WP:RSPYT, WP:YOUTUBE, WP:UGC, and WP:SPS). That said, I think that in this particular case... it might be acceptable. I'm mostly okay with the way you've phrased it now. Though I would appreciate a third party weighing in on this. --172.88.48.178 (talk) 10:01, 27 September 2024 (UTC)
