Merge proposals

In accordance with [1] the Wikipedia notes on writing about settlements, one of the recommendations is that, in order to reduce the number of stubs, villages and other settlements within a civil parish should be in one article. In any case, this article is nonsense: Hook Green is NOT a village; what is more this settlement is right in the middle of the village of Meopham. Hence the proposal.
