Which is the more suitable page title: should it be Hong Wan, Shio Hong Wan, or Nathaniel Shio Hong Wan?

Even Wolves academy website referred him as Hong Wan without family name https://academy.wolves.co.uk/player/hong-wan/

So it is unclear whether we should include his family name (Shio), or even his given Western name (Nathaniel) 60.49.209.248 (talk) 09:02, 16 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
