[edit]Why am I not allowed to edit this page to correct a typo? I don't see any padlock symbol representing a locked page.Samuel R Paddack (talk) 02:30, 3 March 2010 (UTC)
- A padlock is not required to indicate its locked. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 02:54, 3 March 2010 (UTC)
- Oh. Do you know why I can't edit it, though?Samuel R Paddack (talk) 22:12, 11 March 2010 (UTC)

San Francisco
[edit]I don't want to create a profile, so if someone would correct this bit in the plot: the human family that owned the main characters MOVED to San Francisco, as opposed to simply going on a trip there. My understanding was that the pets were living on the ranch more or less permanently. Anyone can watch the DVD to confirm. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.218.119.25 (talk) 09:32, 30 December 2010 (UTC)

In the synopsis, the third to last sentence of the first paragraph and the last sentence of the fourth paragraph are, simply put, vandalism. They are nonsensical, have nothing to do with the sentences around them, and should be removed.
Homeward Bound deserves better.
Thank you, Tim 173.174.98.28 (talk) 02:35, 12 February 2015 (UTC)
- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format. I'm not convinced they are vandalism. They are certainly very poorly worded, but so is a lot of the rest of the article. I've tagged the article to be reworked by the WP:GOCE (they have a backlog, so it may be awhile). That is the best I can do at this time. —

A+ CinemaScore.[1] --77.173.90.33 (talk) 12:33, 27 January 2019 (UTC)
- By the way, semi-protection for this page might be unnecessary? Maybe use WP:PC instead? --77.173.90.33 (talk) 12:48, 27 January 2019 (UTC)
- Not done. It's not clear where or how you want this information added. Please indicate exactly what text you want to add and where (not the infobox, because there's no parameter for that). Also, requests for reduction in protection level can be made at WP:RFP. –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 16:50, 27 January 2019 (UTC)
- Hello User:Deacon Vorbis. Wikipedia articles about films often have one or more sections that go into whether or not the film has been well-received. This may include information about the critical response and the audience response. Quoting from the latter:
My edit request on this Talk page mentioned the film's CinemaScore, which is not yet included in the article. You ask where in this article the information could best be added. The answer is the § Reception section. For more information see the manual of style for film-related articles, at MOS:FILM. One way to include this information is with the phrase "Audiences polled by CinemaScore gave the film an average grade of "A+" on an A+ to F scale." If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to let me know. --77.173.90.33 (talk) 17:39, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Polls of the public carried out by a reliable source in an accredited manner, such as CinemaScore and PostTrak (include both if available), may be used and placed in the appropriate release or reception-based section, depending on the available context.
- Done, I've added the sentence and reference you suggested per your reasoning; see Special:Diff/884104300. Courtesy ping to Deacon Vorbis to make sure they don't have any objections. Thanks for reporting!--SkyGazer 512 Oh no, what did I do this time? 15:30, 19 February 2019 (UTC)

Bart the Bear
[edit]I've been unable to verify whether Bart the Bear was involved with this film. The film is not listed in his official credits and the AFI catalog entry for the film does not mention him. Could it be some other bear? The bear was clearly a trained acting animal according to American Humane. -- David Palmer aka cloventt (talk) 22:06, 23 January 2024 (UTC)
