The link to Israeli Singles Chart leads a chart that does not contain the song. In addition, the page seems to list music downloadable from a mobile phone carrier. Hence, the link is deleted until such time that it is substantiated.

Composition

Adele mentioned on Desert Island Discs today (3 July 2022) that she wrote the song after she had been on the anti Iraq War march in London, in the evening. That allows it to be dated to 15 February 2003, so she was 14, not 16 when she wrote it. She talks more in the interview about how she felt and how she was inspired to write the song:
