Added banner, etc.

Added banner and rated article. As I live in this section, I will begin expanding it after finding out some more info and taking some pictures. It's relatively small for a neighborhood, and based off of Holme Circle itself. RegBarc 00:28, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image not in Holme Circle

Would anyone object to removing the image "Historic Frankford Avenue Bridge over the Pennypack in Holmesburg"? It is in Holmesburg and not Holme Circle.
