The formula says the time should be inserted in minutes. Since the german version of Wiki and a published paper suggests the time in hours, the author should take a closer look to that problem. Unfortunately I do not have acess to the original article from Hollomon and Jaffe.

Included reference seems to indicate hour is the time. JeepdaySock (AKA, Jeepday) 15:27, 4 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
