There may be Home owner / land rented Parks that are well yet it needs be said to be on alert :

According to research it is extremely likely that persons owning a manufactured home and paying rent for the land it sits on - are Impacted mentally and physically health wise - positively and / or negatively Not being at fault themselves with the latter .

Especially so in parks above 55 age population
