refs reqd Victuallers (talk) 15:16, 16 November 2008 (UTC) Hollingwood created in 1919 with the erection of second-hand army barracks, converted in to semi bungalows. Intended as a 5 year temporary arrangement, some are still standing!Locally known as "The wooden huts". Hollingwood "proper" built between 1925-1928, but was never finished,cash shortage.
