@BoogaLouie: This is obviously a WP:CONTENTFORK of Hizb ut-Tahrir - what is the reason? It's also worth to note that the creator of this article has not properly attributed the text copied from the original article, see WP:ATTREQ. – Finnusertop (talkcontribs) 21:26, 18 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Why a separate article for Central Asia HT? The region is important for HT and HT important in the region. As the article says "In Central Asia, the party has expanded since the breakup of the Soviet Union in the early 1990s from a small group to "one of the most powerful organizations" operating in Central Asia.[5] The region itself has been called "the primary battleground" for the party.[6] Uzbekistan is "the hub" of Hizb ut-Tahrir’s activities in Central Asia,[7] while its "headquarters" is now reportedly in Kyrgyzstan.[8]"
The section of the HT article on Central Asia is a trimmed down version of this article.
  • "....the creator of this article has not properly attributed the text copied from the original article,"
Please let me know what has not been properly attributed and I will rectify the situation. --BoogaLouie (talk) 21:33, 18 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I suppose it's a good reason for making this article. But the remaining section in Hizb ut-Tahrir#Central Asia is still awfully long: it contains no less than eight sub-sections, and each goes to considerable detail. I don't think it should have those subsections at all since that information is all found here. See WP:SUMMARYSTYLE.
As for attribution, the standard way to do this is to use the following type of edit summary in the edit that created the new article: copied content from Hizb ut-Tahrir; see that page's history for attribution. I don't know how to properly do this later if it wasn't done then. Perhaps you should do some reading on that. – Finnusertop (talkcontribs) 21:46, 18 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, that's what I mean. Phrases are copied from there. This is okay, but needs to be done with proper attribution. – Finnusertop (talkcontribs) 22:28, 18 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
