- One dab link to fix.
- Done.
- "They spent most of the time after their repairs, training and ferrying aircraft before returning to combat." - comma here is unnecessary.
- "Their crew ranged from 1,187 to 1,224 officers and men." - same as the other articles, the reasons for the variable crew compliment could be expounded upon.
- I can't because my sources don't say exactly why it varied.
- Also, the "officers and men" thing on this article, too.
- Done.
- "Their machinery, designed for merchant service, was over four times heavier that that of the Hiryū." - same as before, the frame of reference needs to be explained.
- How does it read now?
- Armor section, 1st graph needs to be changed so all references to "ship" are plural.
- Good catch.
- The ships chart needs a cite (This is only important because it's never directly cited that there were only two carriers of this class.
- What about the first sentence of the design and description paragraph?
- After the three articles are promoted I'd consider nominating them as a featured topic. —Ed!(talk) 18:20, 2 December 2011 (UTC)
