Lido

[edit]

I have augmented Lido to Lido di Venezia, putting it in conformity with the actual wikipedia article and the other language articles on the location; additionally, this distinguishes it from the other places with "Lido" at the beginning of the name. ("Lido" means beach.)Dogru144 (talk) 21:06, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The rise of fascism

[edit]

I have added referenced material on the Ghetto during World War II, and linked to this page the related article 'The Venice Ghetto'.MicahSixEight (talk) 20:12, 13 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

New Edit 05/05/21

[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I would like to make a few edits to this page. I would like to add more information in order to diversify the amount and variety of sources that would be used on this page. I would add information about Jewish individuals in the Venetian economy specifically and the struggle that was present to even exit the ghetto area for employment purposes. The source I would be using is The First Charter of the Jewish Merchants of Venice, 1589, by the author Benjamin Ravid. Altogether I will be adding about 200 to 300 words. If anyone wants to comment on these changes, please let me know on this Talk Page or on my Talk Page. Thank you. Vanessa1290 (talk) 01:59, 6 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
