[edit]the article says "This accelerated the inflation of the share price further, as did the Bubble Act 1720". But the article on the South Sea Company includes a chart that shows that almost all of the inflation occurred in the first six months of 1720, after which the price plunged to its 1719 levels. That article also states that the act was passed June 11, 1720. The act seems more of a response to the situation than a cause of it, but since I know nothing about business and we're not supposed to rely on other wikipedia articles (a restriction I support), I can't fix this in the article. alacarte (talk) 02:14, 3 January 2018 (UTC)
