I'm aware there are a few errors and myths about the early years and know that in December the updated version of "Manchester A Football History" will put right some of the inaccuracies. One of these is the role played by Anna Connell - she was not the founder. Also, the main page currently refers to a cricket game in Nov 1880 - that's actually the first reported football game.

When I get the new "Manchester A Football History" I'll correct these, unless someone else gets chance first. BillyMeredithShorts (talk) 15:38, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
