The outline and basic legal information that you present is promising--fill it in!

  • The Inca section doesn't really say anything about nationality (not sure if this is even possible).
  • A short (one-to-three sentence) introduction at the start of the article would be useful.
  • Please give some discussion of the constitutional bits--I don't know what to make of them.

I modified sustancially the citizenship chapter because the info was related to an abolished law, please double check law 21.795. There is a lot of confusion regarding the rules that are valid. I litigate argentinian citizenship for people who have an irregular migration status, so I know the precedents since 1925 (first case) until today.Some aserts I do are related to Supreme Court and Federal Chamber Precedents.
