NPOV and OR flags discussion

I removed the flags that @Pbritti had added on Sept 19. Pbrittil explained: Added POV and Original research tags: Looks like a notable subject but should possibly be about his political personnel more generally (rather than solely about controversy related to it). Resignations that appear unrelated to the trend described in the article are also included.
Should the article be refocused to cover hiring and personnel issues more broadly beyond just concerns?
