Does this belong in this stub?

The shrine records (Hirakiki-Jinja-Engi) include a range of subjects including volcanic eruptions in the area. For example, according to Hirakiki-Jinja-Engi, Hirakiki mountain was created on the 3rd day of the 10th month in the 20th year of the reign of Emperor Keiko.<:ref>Milne, John. "The Volcanoes of Japan," Transactions of the Seismological Society of Japan, Vol. 9, 1886, p. 40.</ref>
