Dates:
This article states pesistratus died in 527 BC, but my text (תולדות יוון הקלאסית - toldot yavan haklassit, 2002) gives a date of 528/527 - i.e. an indeterminate date between these two years. Is 527 correct or should this be changed to 528/527?
- The Athenian year, like most Greek years, began in summer. Most dates in the 6th century are open to some doubt anyway; probably better to leave it. Septentrionalis 16:31, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
