Article needs sourcing and expansion
[edit]Hersilia is represented in different ways by several historians. Among the histories of Livy, Plutarch and Dionysius, the most significant mention of her is when she organized her fellow abducted Sabine women to intervene and end the bloodshed at then end of the Battle of the Lacus Curtius.
