My thought too. Maybe he was involved in one of the former buildings on the site, the Baltic Exchange or the Chamber of Shipping. I can't find a connection after a brief search, though.

Possibly the reference is vandalism.

OK, clearly vandalism (now removed). The revision was made on 30 January 2013 by an anonymous user on IP address 128.40.59.84 (registered to University College London). This is the only edit made on wiki.riteme.site from that IP address.
