Where did he go?

The 1921 Canadian Census shows a Margaret Sinnott aged 15 in Calgary with a H.C. Sinnott (Maybe H.A. Sinnott) who lists his profession as a lawyer. However the Census lists H.C. Sinnott's age as 45 meaning he would have been born in 1876, not 1871 as listed on wikipedia.
