Merger proposal

Rationale:

1. Both articles are quite short given to how much the topic can be expanded.
2. There seems to be large overlap between the two.
3. The topic could easily be covered by one good article as opposed two quite mediocre ones.
4. One seems to be the fork of the other but cannot find any rationale why this was done in the first place nor do the two seem to link together?
