Why the odd spelling, not the spelling used in his official government cv? http://www.mof.gov.eg/MOFGallerySource/English/Dr.Hazem-cv.pdf 184.78.81.245 (talk) 21:15, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The cv uses Dr. Hazem El-Beblawi as the title. I would say that means this article should be Hazem el-Beblawi (without Dr. And uncapitalizing the e of el). See http://news.egypt.com/english/permalink/22269.html and http://www.aljazeera.com/news/middleeast/2013/07/20137914354306499.html for local examples, and I see the same in UK and US media reports. 184.78.81.245 (talk) 21:48, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
