In English
[edit]The first line asserts that hauptstimme (which ought to be spelled with a capital "H") means "head voice" in English. I doubt that. "Head voice" means Kopfstimme in German and that's what the English Wikipedia article on head voice covers. I suggest "main voice" as an appropriate English translation. Nebenstimme would be better translated as "secondary voice", "subservient voice", or similar; "next voice" would be nächste Stimme in German which doesn't cover the meaning. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 07:00, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
- (Not that I am, but) You're not a German speaker are you? Are you familiar with Wikipedia? Hyacinth (talk) 23:27, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
- I am a German speaker, and I think I am familiar with Wikipedia. Instead of asking personal questions which show a substantial unwillingness to assume good faith, I'm missing any response to the matters I raised in your "reply". -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 03:58, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

Incorrect audio example
[edit]The audio example demonstrating Hauptrhythmus is missing the final tie in Berg's rhythm. Swivelbar (talk) 04:01, 24 February 2024 (UTC)
