Page relocation

[edit]

I want to move this page to "St. John New Zealand" and have a section on the ambulance service. At the moment the page name is a subtopic of the organisation, but I feel the article needs to describe the organisation as a whole. If the ambulance section grows to warrant a separate article, then a page just for the ambulance service can be created. I'll go ahead with the move in a week if there are no objections. Fair use rationale for Image:St John New Zealand Logo.PNG

[edit]

Image:St John New Zealand Logo.PNG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Updating page with current information

[edit]

The content on this page dates from around 2007/2008. I would like to help update it, but I have a conflict of interest. How can I work with the editing community to do so?

Naming Proposal

[edit]

So I've been considering a way to organize the Wikipedia pages that deal with the Order of St John and St John Ambulance. Since the St John Ambulance is officially an organ of the Order of St John, it makes sense to me to change the name of all the national ambulance pages to something like [[Order of St John in (COUNTRY)]]. What are your thoughts on that for this page? I'm posting similar requests for feedback on the other national ambulance pages. You can see my idea of how the navigation would look at my sandbox the newly created Order of St John in the United States page. I'd love to read any thoughts on this.--dave-- 01:09, 19 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Well...it's been a month and a half an no objections have been raised here or elsewhere. I will, thus, move forward with some changes. Thanks!--dave-- 16:20, 5 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Want to move this page to Hato Hone St John New Zealand

[edit]

As St John has started rebranding all logos and signage to include Hato Hone St John instead of just St John. I think it would be fitting to move this page to also fit the new branding with the Te Reo Maori name. If no objections, I will complete this move in 7 days on Sunday 13 August 2023 NZ time. There were no objections so i have completed the move. Jaredape (talk) 00:53, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
